Privacy Notice for Platform Account Holders – Protection and Processing of Personal Data

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Kolay Yazılım A.Ş. ("Data Controller") in order to fulfil its disclosure obligation towards the relevant person who will use the Human Resources and Employee Management System ("www.kolayik.com internet sitesi üzerinden veya Kolay İK mobil uygulaması üzerinden erişilebilen İnsan Kaynakları ve Personel Yönetim Sistemi’nden (“Platform") accessible via PDPL") and who holds administrator rights on the Platform, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, titled “Obligation of the data controller to inform”.

1. Personal Data Processed

Upon registering as an account holder and beginning to use the Human Resources and Employee Management System via Kolay İK, the following personal data is processed:

• Identity Information: Full name
• Contact Information: Phone number, email address
‍• Professional Information: Company name, job title 
• Transaction Security Information: Password

2. Purposes, Collection Methods and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is collected from you, from third parties and from official authorities via written or verbal communication channels, in written, verbal or electronic form, during the establishment of the legal relationship between you and Kolay İK and throughout the continuation of that relationship. Your personal data is collected, stored and processed for the purposes set out below, on the basis of the lawfulness grounds listed in Articles 5 and 8 of the PDPL.

3. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes set out in Article 2 of this Privacy Notice and within the scope of the provisions of the PDPL on the transfer of personal data domestically and abroad, to official public institutions and organisations within the country where required, to our suppliers, business partners, affiliates and shareholders, and abroad due to our databases being located outside Turkey.

4. How to Exercise Your Rights under the PDPL

You have the rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law. You may submit requests relating to these rights by delivering a petition in person with identity verification to Sahrayıcedit Mah. Atatürk Cad. No: 69 İç Kapı No: 81 Kadıköy / İstanbul, or by notary. Alternatively, you may submit your requests using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you previously notified to our company and which has been confirmed by us, to bilgiguvenligi@kolayik.com.
