The Employee Management app in Kolay İK includes employee records, leave and overtime, company assets, payments, expenses, training, time tracking, files and meal card management. Performance evaluation, shift planning and salary review are charged separately.
With Kolay İK, you pay for the service you use, for as long as you use it, and only for the employees who use it. If your company needs an additional protocol, contract or policy, get in touch and we'll share the details.
If you've saved your credit card, your subscription renews automatically and the fee is charged to your card. If you pay by bank transfer, we'll be in touch close to your renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, call us on 0212 951 06 61 or email iletisim@kolayik.com. We'll help you with the cancellation and with exporting your data.
Your credit card details are never stored by Kolay İK. All payment transactions are handled by iyzico, which holds a payment systems licence from the BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency).
