Through this privacy notice, visitors to the website (“Site”) at www.kolayik.com are informed about how their personal data, entered in the ‘Get a Quote’ or ‘Try It Free’ sections of the Site, will be processed under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

We transfer the personal data mentioned above:
- to our suppliers providing services for the secure and proper storage of data in our IT systems (such as cloud service providers like AWS), within the limits of that purpose, under Article 5(2)(c), 5(2)(e) and 5(2)(f) of the Law;
- to our suppliers providing audit services (such as information security audit firms), within the limits of enabling audits within our company to be carried out fully and accurately, under Article 5(2)(f) of the Law;
- to our suppliers providing operational consultancy (such as financial advisory firms), within the limits of enabling that consultancy to be provided to us properly, under Article 5(2)(f) of the Law;
- to authorised institutions and organisations where they make requests of our company, for the purpose of fulfilling those requests,
under Article 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e) of the Law.
Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
Under Article 5(2)(c), 5(2)(e) and 5(2)(f) of the Law and by means of standard contracts as one of the appropriate safeguards listed in the Law, your personal data may be transferred abroad and/or hosted abroad for the purposes set out above, including communication with you or other individuals at your organisation, providing your organisation with a free trial, presenting a pricing proposal if your request continues, and carrying out consultancy and audit activities relating to our operations,
by being processed in cloud-based applications, cloud solutions and backup systems with servers located abroad (for example, hosted on servers of cloud service providers such as AWS).
Rights of the Data Subject
You may submit your requests relating to the rights set out in Article 11 of the Law to Kolay
Yazılım in writing to the address below, or electronically using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, an email address previously notified to Kolay Yazılım and registered in Kolay Yazılım’s system, or your KEP (registered email) address.
