The Employee Management application includes employee records, leave and overtime, asset tracking, payments, expenses, training, timesheets, document management and meal card management. Performance review, shift management and salary review are charged separately.
With Kolay İK, you pay for the services you use, for as long as you use them and for the number of employees on the platform. If your company needs additional agreements or policies, get in touch with us for more information.
If you have registered a credit card, your subscription will renew automatically and the fee will be charged to your card. If you have paid by bank transfer, we will contact you ahead of your package end date.

Your credit card details are never stored by Kolay İK. All payments are processed by iyzico, which holds a payment systems licence.
