What is Kolay IK?

There is a clue in our name: kolay is the Turkish word for “easy”, and it has been our promise since 2015. We founded Kolay IK in Istanbul with a simple conviction: the software people use to manage people should be the easiest software they touch all day. That conviction became Türkiye’s leading SaaS HR platform, and it now serves more than 300,000 employees across 23 countries in six languages. Today, from our home at City Road in London, we hold ourselves to the same standard we started with: complexity is easy to build and hard to live with; simplicity is hard to build and a joy to use. We chose the harder path so that HR teams, line managers and employees never have to.
