I discovered Kolay İK after we started using it at SMG. Having used the HR modules of various ERPs integrated with payroll processes before, I’d been sceptical. But I really didn’t expect to come across a system that lives up to its name so well.
We started by activating the employee management and leave modules in Kolay İK. It’s very practical for both employees and HR. The technical team is very helpful and responds quickly. SMG has full-time, part-time and on-call working arrangements, and having a work schedule field in Kolay İK where we can record all of these is excellent.
The reporting section is extremely practical and useful – you can even pull an employee turnover report with ease. Being able to upload internal policies, HR processes and flowcharts to the system is a further convenience, and it naturally creates a shared HR space.
Being able to view the organisation chart is also very helpful. Kolay İK also has a self-renewing and adaptable structure – it can create new fields for emerging needs like short-time working arrangements, for example.
