Within Decathlon’s complex working model, shifts were being planned in Excel spreadsheets and there was no way to store shift plans in a database. We needed to be able to apply different settings within legal limits and company policy to eliminate risks and non-compliant situations. Shift data also needed to be analysed, but these processes were almost entirely manual.
At Decathlon, we have achieved the digital transformation we envisioned for our HR processes with Kolay İK. We now have processes that are faster, more agile, more interactive and more user-friendly. The strongest proof of that success is the positive feedback from our team and the visible reduction in operational burden.
With the shift planning module, all our planning is now done via a much simpler interface in Kolay İK. We can apply different rule sets within legal limits and company policy, eliminating risks and non-compliant situations. We can also run various analyses using data collected from shift plans to support our HR analytics processes.
