Problems

The most important thing for our HR department was being able to connect with employees on an interactive platform. Kolay İK plays a meaningful role in making that happen.

Before Kolay İK, we weren’t using any system to run our HR processes – everything was managed manually. In a period when technology was advancing so rapidly, having no system in place was causing not just wasted time, but also job dissatisfaction.

In 2018, while looking for a platform that would meet our needs, we came across Kolay İK. We felt that, as a company with a similar structure to ours, they would understand our expectations.

We also wanted a platform that would allow us to interact with employees quickly. Kolay İK’s customisable structure was a major advantage here. Employee birthdays, events and leave details became instantly accessible. The fast and customisable structure gave us much better control over our HR processes.

Results

  • The Employees tab lets us see all staff and reach anyone directly through the app.
  • The Custom Report builder is highly detailed and goal-focused; we actively use the bulk report export feature.
  • Through the Files section, we share documents that all employees can easily access.
